I have ordered 2 items 4 weeks ago. after the delivery being rescheduled last minute 2 times, the order finally comes... through ! A young nonchalent guy delivered it to the ground floor (my fault, I didn't know) unloaded and left without me being able to say a word. What a surprise to see that the dressoir was the wrong one. So I had to get a friend over to help me to put the 2 meters dressoir that I didn't ordered in my basement because ot was not fitting in my stairs. I am fighting now for more than 3 weeks to get the item I ordered and without being able to get a settled date ! I am now being asked to help them to load the dressoir on the ground floor because they are not able tp find someone to help them. What a joke ! Without having any solution to my problem, I am gonna have to get rid of this item and can forget about the one I bought. I really do not recommend this company. Yes it is secondhand but it doesn't mean you can treat your customers with condescension.lees meer
